Bob
Brehl, founder and principal of abc2
communications, is a 20-year veteran of the news
business. With a background encompassing sports
reporting, business affairs, investigative journalism
and new media, Bob has a handle on Canada's media
industry.
Bob attended Ryerson Polytechnic University's
Radio and Television Arts program, then went on
to study journalism at Carleton University in
Ottawa. He succesfully completed the Canadian
Securities Course, as well as the condensed media
law course at the University of Western Ontario.
In addition to day-to-day journalism, Bob worked
in business management as executive producer of
CANOE's Money channel between 1998 and 2000 when
it was the most popular personal finance and business
news website in Canada.
abc2 principal Bob Brehl co-wrote the late Ted Rogers autobiography Relentless first published in 2008. The updated paperback edition hits bookstores Fall 2009.
